My muscles are sore, most likely from some serious yoga and serious combat and serious swimming on Sunday. Serious Sunday. And yesterday was a rest day, as they say in the athletic training biz hahahah, so to the gym I did not go.

And today it was snowing. So while I was to run off to the gym to run and run after I'd run off to the gym, I decided to take another day off. And I did.

I ate well today, nearly decadently come to think of it, so I assume my run tomorrow morning will be well carbo loaded.

I do like that my muscles are sore, though.
